Indulge Catering made and served the buffet for Abigail’s Parents 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebrations at the Ex-Servicemen’s Club in Grappenhall on 3rd September. There were 70 guests in total and they had Greek Salad, Spicy Couscous, Whole Poached Salmon, Selection of Vegetarian Quiches, Cold meats with French Bread and Butter, Roast Pork with a spicy yoghurt dressing on the side, Parmesan Coated Chicken.
We served the buffet to the guests and then cleared away all the disposable plates and cutlery and placed the remaining food on disposable platters for the guests to either take home later on or help themselves to during the rest of the evening.
Abigail sent me an emial this morning saying:
I just wanted to say a big thank you for last night. The buffet was fabulous, mum and dad were really pleased, and their guests loved the food.
