Ceri Wallace of Indulge Catering is an experienced chef and caterer, specialising in a wide range of cuisines. Ceri began her career working at a luxury hotel in London, working across all areas of service.

This allowed her to develop an appreciation of good customer service and presentation, along with the craft, artistry and attention to detail required to create the perfect dish. Ceri founded her own catering business around 10 years ago, and has also spent time teaching children and adults in the local area to prepare simple, tasty meals. When she made an appearance on the popular ITV show ‘Britain’s Best Dish’, Ceri won her heat for the North West with her starter dish!

Indulge Catering has provided delicious cuisine for a wide variety of clients including Macmillan Cancer, Pets at Home, Co-op Bank, Croda Chemicals and Phoenix Medical Care, in addition to many family events such as small weddings, christenings, birthdays, anniversaries and much more.
