I received a call on Wednesday last week from a lady who was looking for a caterer at short notice. We discussed what she would like to have on her buffet, number of guests attending and how much she would like to spend. We agreed a menu and then she relaxed and I set to work.
She had a wonderful relaxing party and enjoyed the company of her guests. She emailed me the following day with her thanks:
Hi Ceri,
The buffet was fantastic thank you. Everybody said how good it was, the quiches in-particular were a big hit, but the whole thing was delicious.
Thanks very much, I will be highly recommending you to everyone I know! And I gave your cards out on the night.
