What’s On Our Menu?

Here at Indulge Catering, we pride ourselves on the extensive amount of freshly cooked and prepared food we have to offer. There are a whole range of different foods on our menu and we can work this around the theming of your event and any personal preferences or dietary requirements that you may have. Our highly experienced and specialist chef Ceri Wallace has a credible career and a wealth of knowledge and skill in preparing a wide range of exceptional cuisines. Furthermore, we appreciate the importance of good customer service and going above and beyond to provide the perfect menu and range of foods for your event.

So, to give you a little taster of what we have to offer, we wanted to talk through some of our menu and let you know what sort of delicacies and delights we could prepare and deliver to your event.

 

Starters

As caterers, we serve to a whole range of different kinds of events. This means that for each kind of event, no matter if that’s traditional or unique, various food options are required. There isn’t necessarily a set menu, but more so we are able to take into account your requests, or show you some options based on the type of event you are hosting. Here are a few examples of some of the starters we offer to our clients:

 

  • Cullen skink
  • Smoked salmon pate
  • Roasted butternut squash soup

 

Main courses

Every main course we serve is prepared and cooked with extreme care and precision to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with a delicious meal at their event. For each different kind of event that we cater to, we tend to offer a slightly different menu to fit appropriately with the nature of the event. However, we wanted to list some of our favourites below…

 

  • Poached salmon with prawns and an avocado and creme fraiche sauce
  • Hot pot with braised red cabbage
  • Roast chicken stuffed with apricots and pine nuts (hot or cold)
  • Selection of freshly roasted meats
  • Green Thai curry
  • Beef bourguignon
  • Tuscan bean stew
  • Mediterranean pasta salad
  • Pesto rice salad
  • Potato salad with green bean, salami and olives

 

To give you an example of how this may differ depending on the type of event you are hosting, here are a few main courses we would offer at a birthday party:

 

  • Paella
  • Chilli con carne served with rice
  • Spicy vegetarian tacos with guacamole

Desserts

One of the things we pride ourselves on here at Indulge Catering, is our selection of mouth-watering desserts. These high quality, bursting with flavour goodies go down a treat after any meal, and we always receive fantastic reviews from our clients. As it stands, our current dessert menu includes the following:

 

  • Chocolate meringue torte
  • Apple pie
  • Raspberry cheesecake
  • Chocolate mousse
  • Fruit pavlova
  • Strawberry meringue roulade
  • White chocolate and raspberry trifle
  • White and dark chocolate terrine

 

Every one of these is freshly prepared by head chef Ceri Wallace and will certainly leave you and your guests wanting more.

If you’re organising a children’s birthday party for example, you may be wanting some sweet treats that are a little bit more traditional, and our birthday party menu certainly doesn’t fall short of these. Some of the delicious cakes we have to choose from include: Chocolate marble cake, cupcakes, chocolate fudge cake, carrot cake. lemon curd butterfly cakes and swiss roll.

 

Buffet

From as little as 24 hours notice, we can have a buffet organised, prepared and delivered to your event with any unique preferences and requests taken into consideration. There are a range of different buffet options available at Indulge Catering so that you can choose the perfect option for the size, scale and nature of event you are hosting. Along with your buffet food, we also offer a selection of fine wine, champagne and beer, all maintained at optimum temperature to keep you and your guests refreshed.

There are multiple categories to choose from when it comes to our buffets, starting simple with ‘Buffet A’, which includes a selection of freshly prepared sandwiches on white and brown bread with crisps and a variety of cakes, through to several other options that include added extras such as jumbo sausage rolls, cheese boards and fruit platters.

Furthermore, if you are hosting a corporate event for example, we offer a continental breakfast option, which includes a selection of Danish pastries, bagels with cream cheese and smoked salmon or cream cheese and ham, and a choice of fruit and fruit juice. There is also an individual salads buffet, as well as a ‘make your own’ option, which allows you to choose what your buffet is made up of. This may be good if you have quite a unique event or have particular preferences or dietary requirements.
